Backstory: Zbigniew was a patient man who generally liked to plant seeds that would blossom in the future. For that matter so were Dr. Legion and Lindenburg. But he also enjoyed the Hunt before the kill in a way this was both of those things. Today he wore a smile telling the citizens of Uzurkslavia and the world that this would be a good speech.
He always had a ready smile and always a ready temper. That was his job and today it required a smile to put the people at ease. This would be broadcast and shared worldwide so there would be no HAIL V.E.N.O.M. today. That was fine. The countdown began 3…2…1.
“Good morning citizens as always it's me Zbigniew Morawiecki. Today I have an exciting announcement to make and everyone tuning in worldwide. Today this is about overcoming sorrow and the triumph of science in this modern age.” Also the triumph of V.E.N.O.M.
“As it is every day, our hearts go out to those experiencing famine and disease. But maybe soon we can cross famine off the list. Today I wish to announce a large-scale effort to study the effects of different kinds of light and eclipses on plants and animals. Information we will gladly share with the world!” They would know the charity of V.E.N.O.M.
“Now I know what you are about to say, these effects have been studied already. That is true but not on this scale as the experiment will be conducted with a satellite. I will not explain the science myself as I will leave that to some of the bright minds who came up with the experiment, “his hand lifted a moment to point toward two people waiting off-screen. They would know the science of V.E.N.O.M.
After a short pause, Zbigniew continued, “Some things I will explain though. We expect the experiment to last a year. Small solar batteries will power it as it orbits the globe. It will most definitely not be equipped with green lights the good doctors will explain it will cause damage to plants. We wish to increase plant growth and food production. Any damage must be avoided at all costs. Finally, information on this satellite is held at our embassies upon request it shall be released to the proper agencies. We expect to launch in a few weeks, possibly a month. Now I shall wish you a good day, citizens. We shall take a short break while the good doctors here prepare to explain more about the experiment.” They would know the glory of V.E.N.O.M.
As the camera and broadcasting equipment for the radio cut, Zbigniew fished out a vial of some of his most delicious poison. Zbigniew downed the vial,” exquisite.” One year was all the West had; they wouldn't be prepared for what hit them. Who could suspect the true purpose of this grand experiment?!? Not even the dreaded Solar Man and the dreaded Justice Association. Truly our plan would succeed as I moved away from the desk and out of the limelight letting the good doctors take my place and set up. Poisonous body: Zbigniew is completely immune to the effects of all poisons. In fact consuming or introducing any poisons to his body increases his strength, speed and durability. He is also able to secrete those same poisons from his body to poison the people he touches on command. The stronger the poison he consumes may also increase this effect.
Poisonous mind: The effect is less studied on Zbigniew's mind but he has shown a marked increase in intelligence and reaction time. The limit of this ability will be of great interest to V.E.N.O.M. when the study is done.
Skills: As the minister of Propaganda and Indoctrination he is an extremely charismatic individual and gifted speech writer. Zbigniew is quite possibly the most talented poisoner on the planet and is even known to attempt to create brand new and far more lethal variations of poisons and drugs for further testing.

The suit gives him claws to cut into the flesh of his enemies and inject his most lethal poisons directly into their bodies. Much like scorpions, the suit has a stinger on its back allowing Zbigniew to deliver a highly concentrated dose of poison quickly if stabbed by its sharp tail.
