Alright this is pretty Simple, You have Humans and the you have the Koti-Tar witch was a empire with a bunch of different species so go nuts with different spices types for them. You can Also choose too be a Hybrid if you wish. Rules of Alien species and hybrids though, Aliens get two unique physical traits or one psionic trait and Hybrids get one special physical trait, 1 psionic trait, or one unique special trait of your choice as long as it doesn't break the game.

Put as much Detail as you wish for your character and please DM you CS before you post so i can review it and make sure its up too snuff.

Weapons Practical Rifle and a .45 revolver as a side arm. Kevlar Jacket black with Silver-Express emblazed on the back. Black work shirt under a steel plate flak jacket. Reinforced bule Jeans and bl ack work boots.
Leather gloves. Cowboy hat and bandanna. Reinforced leather backpack filled with food/First aid items/ 4 MREs. He has a Mark-3 Personal Force filed device on his belt.

Skills: Expert Tracker, Good Hand to hand combat, Great Marksmen, Expert Survival skills.

Bio: Alex Roland was Born in Blackreach and was raised in the Merchant trade by his father. He wasn't very good at bartering but he took too the role of a Caravan guard pretty early on in his career. He has been all across the Wasteland and is well known as a crack shot amongst the Traders in the region. When the East started getting Radio signals through too the West he was one of the first too apply for the mission too blaze a path too the East. Alex was made the head of security for the Caravan and is ready for whatever is too come.

Extra: Alex has a quick wit and remains calm under pressure, his years of roaming the Waste give him insights into the political landscape across the Western Highlands and the lower waste.Alex.jpg

Bio: It's an open secret that Rin used to be part of the Iron Guard. Even if it weren't, it would be easy enough to guess, because that's about the only place that a person could get a body like hers - or, more specifically, like half of hers. It's the lower half, and if someone drew a line starting at the bottom of her ribcage on the left down through the top of her right hip bone and lopped off everything below that - including the right arm just above the wrist - that would be a fairly accurate representation. It's all metal below the line, and where the technology came from is anyone's guess, other than somewhere out in the wastelands. She's got a lot in common with a mechanized suit, only there's nothing inside except more mechanics. She can get out of it, if she wants to walk around on her hands and be half the person she used to be, but she prefers to stay in the mechanica. She's more mobile that way, and that's important when you need to get out of the way fast - or get in the way fast.

Why she left the Iron Guard is another secret, but that's one that she doesn't tell anyone.

She's been in Lone-Hill lately, working with a group that offers protection to various merchants or travelers or anyone else who might have something they want to be protected from. Rin's good at protecting people, and the group is good at convincing people they need protection, so it's sort of a win-win situation. Rin tries to keep what she does at least a little above-board, but mechanics like hers don't come cheap and neither does upkeep, so that means she needs to get paid. Given a choice, she'd rather do the right thing, but she expects to be paid for it, and if she's not going to get paid, then she's not going to do anything at all.

Gear, Onboard:
Mechanical legs, capable of movement up to 45mph sustained or 55mph in short bursts, but she can't corner as well over about 40mph.
Beam weapon, right arm prosthetic - shoots out an energy beam from the base of the palm. Powerful, but takes a while to recharge once drained.

Gear, Carried:
Personal Force Field - Vest type, offers some protection if she gets shot, which she mostly tries not to. She doesn't like items that are too heavy.
Machine gun - Rin moves fast and prefers a "spray and pray" approach to weapons fire rather than taking the time to line up more accurate shots.

Skills: Rin's quick, smart, and not afraid to get her hands dirty. She knows a fair bit about mechanics by now, since she maintains all of her onboard systems herself, so if she comes across anything in the wild she can usually have a pretty good guess of what it is, how to get it working, and - most importantly - how much it's worth to the right buyer.
