A. ORGANIC CAMOUFLAGUE

The mucus Molt produces is anomalous in nature, functioning more like a mutable and adaptable biomass. Through secretions from her skin and tongue, Molt is able to form disguises on her body that, once hardened, perfectly replicate the appearance of whatever she is attempting to mimic. While this process normally takes five to ten minutes, it can take an upwards of thirty to an hour depending on the size of the individual or object she is attempting to disguise herself as. When first formed, the texture of these disguises is slightly damp and smooth to the touch. Over the course of an hour, the disguise slowly crumples, forming visible cracks before sloughing off.

B. TRACHEAL MODULATION

Through internal application of her mucus, Molt is able to replicate voices and sounds within reasonable ranges of believability. This requires her to have listened to the voice or sound for a significant period of time beforehand. While this use of her power is faster than the organic camouflage, it lasts for a similar timespan before beginning to fail. Following that, she must cough up or swallow the hardened mass.

II. SUPPLEMENTARY MUTATIONS

A. PARABIOLOGICAL PHYSIOLOGY

Molt's mutations are highly conspicuous and physical in nature, mimicking reptilian and amphibian traits. Her skin, visibly green due to the presence of chromatophores, is highly porous, and her sebaceous glands have been altered to instead produce a mucoid membrane at will. Multiple salivary glands along her elongated tongue fulfill a similar function as well. She is dexterous and flexible beyond typical human levels, though still within the range of human peak condition, and exhibits symptoms of joint hypermobility. Her teeth and nails are sharper and longer than a normal human's, and can be used as weapons in a pinch. Some aspect of her mutation has rendered her incapable of regulating her own body temperature. While she is able to function at lower internal temperatures than typically safe for humans, cold environments cause intense physical discomfort, and she requires the use of outside sources of heat in order to maintain her health. Her eyes have also altered to function better in low-light conditions and worse in bright conditions.

B. LIMITED REGENERATION

Similar to certain species of reptiles, Molt can regrow lost appendages over the course of a week. This is a stressful and energy-intensive process, and requires the continued application of mucoid molts on the source of the injury over the course of healing. While it hasn't been tested if this process works on her head, it can be reasonably assumed decapitation would not be curable. The secretions can also be used as a makeshift bandage to staunch blood loss.

Molt's primary role in MIRA is infiltration, information, and assassination. She has both experience and training in keeping a level head under extreme stress, not drawing attention to herself, telling convincing lies, and observing details in her environment. Her disguises may help, but they fall apart under scrutiny, so being unassuming in the first place is necessary.

B. COMBAT

Sometimes, though, covers are blown and things have to resort to conflict. Molt's above-average speed and agility make her a deadly combatant for the average human in close quarters, on top of her existing government training in CQB. She is also able to use a firearm effectively if necessary.

A. ENHANCED PHYSICAL ABILITY

Agent Mycelia possesses enhanced physical abilities. Analysis of her skeletal robusticity has yielded results far outstripping regular human limitations. Her muscle mass and bone density exceed human limitations as well, though her appearance hasn't altered too dramatically. Due to these increases in muscle mass and skeletal robusticity, her movement has been observed to be slower than expected.

Agent Mycelia's body possesses a resilience beyond what can be expected from a standard human as well. She is capable of holding her breath for approximately 4 hours. She is capable of running and staying away for approximately 20 hours without suffering from diminished strength capacity, and 76 hours before complete collapse.

Agent Mycelia requires a certain level of humidity in order to operate at maximum capacity. While unnecessary for survival, water is a great tool for enhancing her combat capabilities. Agent Mycelia's body can utilize water in a metabolic process to create useable energy, water enhanced with vitamins and minerals designed for Cordyceps is the most efficient combination discovered so far.

II. SUPPLEMENTARY MUTATIONS

A. CORDYCEPS MYCELIUM CONNECTIONS

Agent Mycelia's entire body, from her brain stem and nervous system to her heart and blood vessels, is interconnected with a cultivated species of Cordyceps fungi. The mycelium within her has so closely intermingled with the metahuman that there is no clear line where the fungi ends and the metahuman begins. The Cordyceps acts as both a 'stem cell' and a 'synaptic system' within Agent Mycelia's body. Should part of her be destroyed or damaged, the mycelium will repair it at a vastly enhanced rate.
The most drastic example of these 'Cordyceps Mycelium Connections' is with incident 'Cranial' recorded in document D-1124-K.

Since her training began at an incredibly young age, she is capable of holding her own in interviews despite her youth.

Despite below-average IQ scores, Agent Mycelia has proven to be very adept at retaining any information she reads, hears, or visually encounters. Her response times and recollection speed require improvement, but her memory itself is nearly photographic.

As a medically-restricted noncombatant, Agent Atelier is not able to form field operations herself under most circumstances.

B. ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS

Agent Atelier's initial training pre-MIRA was as an environmental analyst specializing in water contamination for the California Department of Environmental Sciences. In that capacity, she was part of the team that reported to Pasadena, CA on July 4, 2007 to perform a potential radiation threat analysis following the death of Ms. Julia Kirsch.

A. ATMOKINESIS

Monsoon possesses the innate ability to psychically influence the weather through the emission and manipulation of exotic particles, which have been dubbed atmions. These conjectural particles have a non-standard interaction with aerial particles found in the Earth's atmosphere, allowing Monsoon to instantly abate or amplify meteorological phenomena. Monsoon's overdeveloped pituitary gland appears to emit atmions at a continual rate. These particles then drift into the surrounding atmosphere and effectively entangle it with Monsoon's conscious and unconscious processes. As a result, through force of will, he can induce weather ranging from drizzle to intense thunderstorms. Over a duration, his atmospheric manipulations can dangerously compound, which can give rise to a potential severe weather event that even he could not nullify.

Monsoon can also use these particles to alter aerial pressure, creating gale-force winds in his immediate environment. These winds are used for Cloak-type engagements if they should ever arise. His ability to influence air particles also enables him to dangerously ionize air particles through the same process that creates lightning in thunderclouds. Through atmion emission he can create an ionization path, or a leader, towards a target from a thundercloud. By temporarily altering the electric charge of aerial molecules and establishing the lead path, Monsoon can create incredibly powerful lightning bolts from long range. After a duration of approximately ten seconds, the conditions would be ripe for a lightning strike. A pre-ionized path then guides the electric burst towards Monsoon's target. For the lightning strike to follow the predefined path exactly and hit the intended target, the atmions must maintain a state of quantum coherence and synchronization across the entire path. If Monsoon's focus is disrupted, the accumulated electric charge will disperse in an uncontrolled burst.

By emitting atmions to selectively increase or decrease the density of air in the immediate vicinity, Monsoon can effectively create buoyant forces which are closely confined to his body. By decreasing the air density above him and increasing it below him, he can lift himself into the air, akin to how a hot air balloon rises. By then subsequently influencing wind patterns, Monsoon can ride these artifically-induced wind currents in order to fly. He is capable of hovering for a prolonged duration, which has in the past compared to being as 'easy as standing in line at the DMV.' Due to Monsoon's low flight speed, he is often deployed to an area from a VTOL unit.

While Monsoon typically employs his power outdoors from the sky, he has also demonstrated the ability to create highly-localized micro-storms that surround his body in a stable cloud, sometimes called his 'nimbus,' from which he can discharge weaker electric shocks and gusts of wind. He can create fog around his body to obscure himself. When his power is deployed, mist typically swirls from around his body. His control over the nimbus diminishes with range, and he runs the risk of influencing the local weather pattern instead.

The same gland which enables Monsoon to influence his environment through atmion emission also receives a 'feedback signal' granting him insight into atmospheric conditions, helping him gauge the use of his ability. A. HYPNOTIC VOICE

Through alteration of the larynx, Songbird is able to, during typical speech, integrate specialized vibrations that, when processed by the temporal lobe, compels the listeners to obey any instructions given by her. The current running theory is that these specialized vibrations carry encoded statements or commands, layered into her regular speech patterns. These vibrations, as of yet, have only proven effective when generated by Songbird, as electronic replications, recordings, and amplification devices do not seem to broadcast the effect.

Through rigorous testing, it has been determined that simpler commands are more likely to be acted upon quickly, and the duration of the "hypnosis" is likelier to last longer. The more complex the action, the less time the intended listener will comply, and the more reluctant they will be to follow them in the first place (See document D-1426-K for mentioned experimentation). Individuals who see Songbird in a positive light are more prone to comply quickly and without question. Unless specifically commanded, the intended listener will become aware of what has happened once the effect has expired.

Alternatively, instead of attempting to cause an intended listener to take a course of action, Songbird can instead coerce a subject into believing information fed to them. The effectiveness of this tactic depends on how much the intended listener trusts/believes in Songbird already, how convincingly the information is presented, and how closely the presented information aligns with the subjects concept of reality. If successful, it appears that this effect can last indefinitely, though it is difficult to achieve this effect.

None of the aforementioned effects are noticed in animals, nor in those who do not speak a language in common with Songbird. It is recommended to begin expanding her knowledgebase in this regard.

As opposed to most people, Songbird, almost by necessity, feels very little of the vibrations produced by her voice. Through the development of a specialized layer of fat containing and insulating the nerves within her skull, the modified vibrations created by her larynx are suppressed, preventing her own commands from decoding in her own mind and compelling her to do whatever it was she was attempting to get others to do.

Compounds in Miasma’s perspiration are the same as those found within alcoholic beverages, and rapidly evaporates once exposed to air. Undisturbed this will lead to the accumulation of a vapor haze around Miasma that will increase in radius and density until perspiration is stopped. Humans within this alcoholic haze will begin to present signs of intoxication, with prolonged exposure possibly leading to acute alcohol poisoning.

This vapor is highly flammable, able to be set off by sparks or open flame depending upon the density that the vapor has managed to accumulate. With active expression of her power Miasma is able to maintain a controlled burn so long as she is able to continuously feed perspiration to the fire.

b. FIRE RETARDANT OILS

Compounds found in Miasma’s body oils render her flame retardant and to some degree heat resistant. Subject has previously remarked that having flame actively enveloped around her arm as a ‘pleasantly warm’ experience. These oils do not seem to be disturbed by Miasma’s perspiration.

II. SUPPLEMENTARY MUTATIONS

Both of Miasma’s eccrine and apocrine glands show noted deviation from typical human sweat glands, both in the complex compounds found within and in the control over how much and how quickly Misama has over the production of these gland’s secretions. There have been no known instances of fire traveling down into either type of sweat gland, likely due to the oils from her sebaceous glands.

Design specifications can be found in appendix A.

C. BOOTS

A pair of heavy boots with a fire starter set into the heel which can be activated by striking it against a hard surface.

D. SPRAYER NOZZLE AND REUSABLE WICK

Set into her left arm guard is a reservoir that collects her sweat. With this fuel she can either use the nozzle to send jets of fire or extend a flexible wick from the reservoir and can be ignited for a flaming whip.

A. POLARITY FIELD

PMPD manifested in Lucius as a mutation to his nervous system, particularly afferent neurons, and a comutation with sensory hair follicles to create a conductive follicle system that generates a polarity field. This field assigns a polarity, opposite from its own, to particles that come into contact with it. This creates a consistent repulsion that prevents the particles from coming into contact with the subject. The field can function either passively or actively, with both states yielding different results. The act of switching between these functions takes around .83 seconds.

Passive function of the field is incredibly complex as Lucius has little to no control over the fields traits. Rather it acts as an autonomous defense system. CT Scans taken during usage of the field show activity in the same areas of the brain that control the fight or flight response. Threat assessment of objects entering the field is directly connected to the objects acceleration at the time of making contact.

Active function of the field requires direct input from Lucius and causes the entire field to condense into a sphere around his fist. Particles that the field makes contact with are repelled with enough force to break molecular bonds. During this time the field loses all passive defensive capabilities. Subject has also shown capacity for direct control over the fields strength during this form.

II. SUPPLEMENTARY MUTATIONS

A. ENHANCED METABOLISM

Gilgamesh's body requires higher than average caloric intake to maintain function. This has shown to affect how his body metabolizes nutrients and appears to help him maintain an otherwise unsustainable 3% body fat with no adverse effects.

B. MAGNETIC REPULSION

While the Polarity field does appear to work on non-magnetic objects it still displays magnetic properties when interacting with Gilgamesh's blood. It appears that his blood is actively repelled unlike foreign objects which are merely slowed.

I. PRIMARY MANIFESTATION

A. CHEMICAL SYNTHESIS

Elixir is able to utilise a process he calls "Absolute Metabolism". In short, this allows him to synthesise and expel any chemical he has come into sustained contact with, as long as his body is provided with substantial quantities of the elements required to make it. Typical use of this ability involves the ingestion, injection, or inhalation of a chemical agent, followed by a short period of digestion and metabolysis, the exact length of which depends on numerous factors, including how much of the chemical is present in his body, but is usually equivalent to 20% of its half-life in an ordinary human body. Once this is complete, a 'blueprint' is created, and Elixir is then able to reproduce the chemical at will.

These chemicals are produced and stored in two glands in his upper abdomen, on his left and right sides. From there, specialised tracts carry them to a set of four sacs; two in his mouth and one on the inner wrist of each of his arms, where they can then be expelled. His preference is to release gaseous substances through the mouth, and liquid or solid substances through the wrists, although he is required to seal both when around unprotected personnel as a standard control measure.

Typical use cases for this ability cover the production of both drugs and poisons, and Elixir has developed a substantial library of both^[3]. It is unknown whether or not there is a limit to how many 'blueprints' can be stored.

As the production of chemicals requires the presence of raw materials, Elixir is put on a strict diet plan before jobs to ensure he has enough within his body to produce whatever chemical is needed. The focus for these plans is on chemical content, rather than nutrition. Since not every chemical required can be found readily in food or in Elixir's own body, he also frequently ingests inedible substances, mostly rocks, wood, and metals.

B. LEARNED IMMUNITY

Once a chemical has been metabolised, Elixir has total immunity to its effects going forward. Because of this, when he wants his body to 'learn' a new poison, he must make sure to take a small enough dose that he will not suffer any permanent damage^[4] before the chemical can be fully metabolised.

II. SUPPLEMENTARY MUTATIONS

A. ENHANCED DIGESTIVE SYSTEM

Elixir's digestive system is able to process more substances than normal, without ill effect. As well as this, the lining of these organs are a lot thicker and more durable, meaning tears and perforations are less likely to occur. His teeth and jaw strength are also markedly stronger than average.

A. POCKET SKETCHBOOK

A sketchbook and set of charcoal pencils, on his person most of the time. He also has a set of inks and fountain pens, but these are usually relegated to his office desk. The book contains observational drawings, sketch studies, and brief notes on non-confidential matters.

B. CONTAINMENT MASK AND WRIST BRACES

When in the presence of personnel without appropriate protective gear, Elixir is required to wear a gas mask designed to keep harmful chemicals from escaping. There is a clear window across the entire front, so his mouth is still visible. He is also required to wear braces which cover his inner wrists, blocking the glands, for the same purpose.

C. VENOM SUIT

Unlike the mask, the suit is designed to let chemicals out^[5]. Used primarily in field work, it consists of a two main parts; the mask, and the gloves.

The mask covers Elixir's entire face, making him largely anonymous. There is a tube over the mouth which connects to a small reservoir in a sealed container, which can be removed. The tube can be detached at any time, allowing Elixir to breathe whatever chemical directly into the air around him. Once removed, the container itself can act as a gas grenade in emergencies, though this is not advised. The lenses on the mask are corrective, at the same strength as his glasses, granting him 20/20 vision.

The gloves consist of syringes inserted into the inner wrist, allowing direct and unimpeded flow towards sealed reservoirs on the back of his hand. The reservoirs connect to a set of eight hypodermic needles, four on each hand, which are connected to a pneumatic pressure system which is triggered when the needle is pushed against, expelling the contents through the tip. The syringes attached to his wrist can be retracted, as their insertion hinders mobility.

D. HYPODERMIC NEEDLES

Medical-grade, and carried both in and out of the Venom Suit. These are intended to be filled with required medicines, if any emergency treatment is required on the field, without the risk of contamination the suit's needles provides. They can also be filled with more lethal chemicals, but this use case is rare.

Elixir knows what he can do. He is familiar with the structure and functions of poisons and drugs, as well as their effects on the human body. He is able to judge the severity of a poisoning by observing the symptoms, and often has had personal experience with how some of them manifest. He also knows the structure of the chemicals he can produce, and knows what he needs to consume in order to have the right resources.

B. CRIMINAL BACKGROUND

His history of crime and mass poisonings under the alias "Contaminant"^[6] provide him with first-hand knowledge of how metahuman terrorists tend to operate.

C. INTERROGATION

The ability to synthesise poisons and psychoactive drugs make him a valuable asset for interrogation, and is partially why he switched departments part way into his time at MIRA.

2. Sustained nerve damage in right hand after exposure to experimental nerve agent SPH-1116. Dexterity is not affected, but grip strength is significantly reduced.

3. His work as an analyst with MIRA EHS provided him with the former, and his subsequent work in Biomaterials Synthesis, as well as activities prior to his acquisition, provided him with the latter.

4. More serious exposures, both prior to and during his time at MIRA, have left Elixir with localised nerve damage, internal and external scarring, and minor respiratory issues. Exposure to SPH-1116 in particular left him hospitalised for a period of six weeks, and came close to killing him. Elixir is advised to research lethal dosages more extensively beforehand.

I. PRIMARY MANIFESTATION

A. IMPOSSIBLE STRENGTH

Agent D-2218-C Is something of an anomaly among the loose classification of PMPD-altered individuals known as ‘bricks.’ Ordinarily, a subject that falls into this category has received a ‘flat’ enhancement to their strength and durability, and while the underlying physical processes that make these enhancements possible is not uniform, the final result tends to be more or less the same. Not so in the case of D-2218-C, codename Dragon.

Rather than immediately providing an enhancement to D-2218-C’s strength, PMPD mutation simply removed his limits. The degree of physical fitness an ordinary human can attain is limited by a number of factors, including age, health, and other underlying genetic factors, as well as the ‘hardware’ limitations of the human body. Even if you devoted your entire life to strength training, you wouldn’t eventually become capable of bending steel girders or cracking concrete with your fists. Agent D-2218-C is the exception.

Having already maintained a comprehensive fitness regimen, D-2218-C did not immediately become aware of his own PMPD manifestation. However, the reality swiftly became impossible to ignore, as his development accelerated far more rapidly post-PMPD. Gains that would have taken months instead began to take weeks, and soon enough, D-2218-C’s strength was indisputably superhuman.

At present, Agent D-2218-C is capable of- with effort -bench-pressing a one-ton weight, and bending solid steel with his bare hands. His striking force registers at roughly twenty-five times that of a trained, professional boxer, making him capable of killing an ordinary person with a single strike, if delivered carelessly. Even given D-2218-C’s impressive physique, this level of strength should be physically impossible, as his body simply lacks the necessary mass to produce such force. The working theoretical explanation for D-2218-C’s abilities is that his continued training creates an extradimensional store of mass and energy which D-2218-C draws on subconsciously to increase his strength when exerting himself, without being permanently trapped in a state of hyperdensity.

B. UNBREAKABLE BODY

The ‘limit break’ capacity of D-2218-C’s PMPD mutation does not stop at his strength. The agent’s own body is a unique medical specimen, possessing qualities that science still struggles to explain. Put simply, D-2218-C’s physical condition does not degrade, under any circumstances. Although he trains daily to grow stronger, testing indicates that if he were to give up training, eat nothing but lard and sugar, or simply fall comatose, he would not gain weight or lose muscle mass. His body records its optimal physical state, and prevents and degradation below that point, without prohibiting further growth.

Much like D-2218-C’s superhuman strength, the physical condition of his body exceeds the limits of an ordinary human. While a professional fighter could shrug off blows that would make an untrained individual double over in pain, it’s not typically possible to train your body to the point that bullets break against your skin. D-2218-C is, once again, the exception. Endurance training has had an observable effect on his body, increasing the amount of punishment he can take, but the degree of development achieved through training alone is, in this case, inferior. Instead, D-2218-C’s durability increases most consistently after he receives physical damage in combat. The more hits he takes, the harder it is to hurt him in the future.

II. SUPPLEMENTARY MUTATIONS

A. UNLIMITED POTENTIAL

As yet, D-2218-C has observably aged and grown like any other human. However, given his lack of physical degradation, it is believed that he will begin to cease aging by the time he reaches peak human physical strength, some time around age twenty-five to thirty-five. It’s important to note that his strength will continue to grow after this point, as his PMPD mutation only prevents negative physical changes, not positive ones. However, given this potential immortality, a theory suggests that D-2218-C could eventually become the strongest metahuman on record, assuming no limit on his growth is found. However, given the linear rate at which his strength grows, this outcome is not likely for decades to come, and D-2218-C will not reach power levels equivalent to BLU-8 or higher until long after we are all dead.

In order to maintain D-2218-C’s extant Cloak persona, a reinforced, Public Relations-approved version of his existing ‘costume’ was developed, which resembles ordinary streetwear, branded with the agent’s dragon logo. However, this clothing has been treated with Kevlar, Nomex, and titanium tri-weave, not for the protection of the wearer, but simply to keep the clothing itself intact. A Cloak ending up half-naked after every fight would be a PR nightmare for the Jurors, although given D-2218-C’s popularity, it might have unexpected benefits with certain groups.

A. HEURISTIC ACCURACY / "LOCALIZED FOURDIMENSIONAL MODELING"

The mind's imaging systems and muscle control are perfectly in tune with the motor skills center of the brain. As a result DEADEYE possesses flawless aim, perfect balance, greatly enhanced motor skills, and perfect synchronization between thought and action. Subject's PMPD does not follow standard PMPD ESP-type expression models. Though the agent does possesses noticeable differences in the CNS, visual system and endocrine systems these changes do not present a detailed explanation of his ability. The essence of which being a superhuman accuracy in every applicable field.

To elaborate further, the agent is preternaturally accurate even outside the usual realm of ballistics and warfare. Movement, throwing, driving, even abstract actions such as guessing are all affected. During onboarding evaluation DEADEYE managed to pass a test involving guessing cards from a deck with a prediction accuracy of 95.37%.

The mechanism of this ability has two parts:

PERFECTED SPATIAL AWARENESS — The ability to be accurate across the dimension of space. Subject is able to perfectly orient himself and articulate his actions in every terrain. The prime expression vector of this ability are enhanced ballistics at the current highest level measured at MIRA. Late in 2028, Agent DEADEYE encountered fellow PMPD-case and sharpshooter GUNPLAY in Baton Rouge. Despite appearing outclassed due to GUNPLAY's own telekinesis-assisted ballistics, DEADEYE managed to outshoot his opponent 12 for 10 in a duel (not counting shots fired during pursuit) and successfully bring him in.

EVOLVED SENSE OF TIMING — The ability to be accurate across the dimension of time. Leading theory is that the subject's brain has a limited ability to visualize local 4D geometry supported by low levels of tachyon radiation measured near his head. Meaning he may be able to extrapolate neighboring timeframes from observable circumstances^[2] and intuit how his surroundings (inc. objects) will behave in motion. His timing ability has allowed him to organise himself very efficiently in the past, to the point where he could bypass patrol routes. Naturally, it renders him very apt at using explosives.

II. SUPPLEMENTARY MUTATIONS

A. ADVANCED TETRACHROMATIC VISUAL SYSTEM

Measurable differences in the transduction of visual stimuli along neural pathways. While the average human eye has around 120 million rod cells in their retinas, DEADEYE has closer to 450 million, vastly increasing his visual acuity. The ciliary and extraocular musculature, as well as tendons surrounding his eyes, are roughly four times as developed. This means that his eyes do not strain or fatigue as normal and can facilitate accelerated focusing and refocusing of the lens.

DEADEYE's retina contains four types of higher-intensity light receptors compared to the usual three. Due to different absorption spectra, DEADEYE not only sees wavelengths beyond those of a typical human being's eyesight, and may be able to distinguish colors that to a human appear to be identical, but sports acute vision and superior shape recognition even in low-light or lightless enviroments. The maximal absorption peak of the cone cell responsible for the shortest wavelength extends to the ultraviolet range, making DEADEYE's vision UV-sensitive.^[3]

An experimental handheld weapon issued to DEADEYE for field testing by techspec SPECTRO. Designed to emulate the powers of COLDSNAP, it rather robs molecules of heat in a straight line of 30m or a cone of 8m depending on the current setting. At 10m temperature drops from 20° to −100° Celsius in the span of 2.67 seconds. Projectiles include icicles traveling at subsonic speed, snow or intense cold. The current heatsink is insufficient which leads to overheating.

B. EXPERIMENTAL DEPLOYABLES

A mix of experimental — usually thrown — devices built by multiple MIRA techspec agents for field testing. The sole differentiating feature of the various items are the various design languages specific to each developer.

C. MIRA ABLATIVE HITCOAT & CHEST RIG

Special-issue combat armor designed for forward-operating agents. Has multiple configurations depending on the current mission paramenters. Additionally, due to his PMPD factor providing intristic understanding of kinesthetics, DEADEYE can quickly appropriate or emulate novel movements with precision.

A. SUPERHUMAN CONDITION

Due to the Parametabolic Mutative Pituitary Dysthyroidism (PMPD)^[6] condition affecting Agent D-2099-F's pituitary, thyroid, and pineal glands, numerous rapid body-wide metamorphoses were triggered with the overproduction of enzymes and proteins that—in turn—resulted in mutated DNA gene expression that irreversibly altered his physiological status. Agent D-2099-F's entire physiology and anatomy is enhanced beyond that of standard peak human individuals and is all-around superior in both mental and physical condition compared to practically all other members of the Home Sapien species—with the exception of the Homo Mutem species.

The PMPD condition metabolized and permanently enhanced all of Agent D-2099-F's mental and physical faculties, resulting in a superhuman condition in the most literal sense of the word. After extensive testing along with trial and error, Agent D-2099-F's aspects, attributes, and capabilities—from his cognitive functions to the physical aspects of himself—have been enhanced by an estimated ratio of 50-to-1 and far beyond what is humanly possible without the PMPD condition. The estimates and tests conducted had compared Agent D-2099-F's feats and skills to both real and theoretical data regarding peak human statistics.

Agent D-2099-F's entire mind and body has become more efficient and effective as a result of these mutations which can range from increased densely clustered brain matter that allows faster and more powerful neurotransmissions to highly-effective amino acids capable of repairing and enhancing micro-tears in muscles. All various chemical processes such as neurotransmitters, hormones, amino acids, proteins, and enzymes have become much more potent, and his cells are far more effective at maintaining his body's natural state of homeostasis. This allows him to operate for far longer extended periods of time—compared to the standard individual—with little to no ailment including if he should suffer extreme stress due to injury, sickness, or any other debilitating or negative outside factor.

According to previous training, test, and field data, it is theorized that a lack of proper dieting, exercise, and rest could hamper Agent D-2099-F's paranormal abilities to an extent. However, his body's enhanced ability to maintain homeostasis would lessen the negative effects of improper health maintenance to a smaller margin of difference than what would be standard. Agent D-2099-F's aging process is also theorized to have a measure of enhanced longevity that would become more apparent as he grew older. In simple terms, his body slows down the aging process increasingly and progressively as he grows older.

B. ANALYTICAL POSTCOGNITION & PRECOGNITION

Specific mutations and alterations throughout Agent D-2099-F's nervous system and cerebrum have resulted in an increased capacity for all forms of intelligence, from spatial and bodily-kinesthetic intelligence to linguistic and interpersonal intelligence. While Agent D-2099-F's intellect requires prior experience and learned knowledge to operate most effectively, Agent D-2099-F can utilize his innate and particular mutations to aid his ability to apply any learned information in both theoretical and practical practice.

A non-exhaustive list of the simpler applications of Agent D-2099-F's abilities—after training and practice—include rapid pattern recognition, augmented photographic and eidetic memory, enhanced tactical planning, accelerated psychological analysis, and advanced deductive and inductive reasoning as well as other observational skills that work in tandem with his sensory perception.

The most prominent of Agent D-2099-F's mental enhancements is twofold: analytical postcognition and precognition. While Agent D-2099-F does not possess precognition or postcognition in the the truest sense—such as knowing the absolute future or understanding the absolute past, his analytical prowess allows him to analyze data and information before beginning to construct multiple conclusions or applications from the data. Agent D-2099-F's mind is rapidly able to calculate the multiple possibilities of prior occurrences or future outcomes and organize those possibilities from most plausible and probable to least.

Especially in the cases of combat or high-stress situations in the field, these possibilities are also calculated with an estimated risk-reward ratio. For example, Agent D-2099-F is able to calculate that a particular strategy or plan of attack may be highly effective but also contains high risk either for his person or for a high casualty rate to occur. Unless Agent D-2099-F receives new information or develops an unprecedented stratagem, these conclusions, risk-reward ratios, and the variables Agent D-2099-F gathered from his PMPD-enhanced observations will not change or adjust until he conducts a plan of action and acts on it.

While there are multiple practical applications for this ability ranging for predicting enemy combat maneuvers to assisting with investigations, this PMPD ability does not develop perfect or absolute measurements of past, present, or future events but only approximate predictions or conclusions based on observed phenomenon.

II. SUPPLEMENTARY MUTATIONS

A. ADOPTIVE/INSTRUCTIVE MUSCLE MEMORY

Agent D-2099-F's neuroplasticity has been enhanced due to mutations and augmentation to his cortex, amygdala and hippocampus—areas critical for learning, memory, and analysis—and his cerebellum, medulla oblongata, and brainstem—areas critical for voluntary and automatic movements and reflexes. These key alterations to his brain's neurons and nerve fibers allows him to accelerate the replication and practice of any skill he has observed with any and all of his senses. While his ability to copy skillsets is far more superior and efficient than standard, there is still a "downtime" period of time where Agent D-2099-F needs to practice and hone the skill or technique. However, this period has been reduced from a few weeks to a few days assuming he trains from at least two to three hours per day.

Another application of this mutation is mimicking accents, mannerisms, or behavior patterns of other individuals. With precise muscle control as well as enhanced observational skills, Agent D-2099-F can mimic personality traits and character strengths and flaws. This can aid investigations where Agent D-2099-F needs to understand the behavioral aspect of a crime or situation, or this can also aid any necessary deception needed to maintain a false front or cover.

B. RICOCHET APTITUDE

Due to enhanced muscle control, hand-eye coordination, and mental perception, Agent D-2099-F's brain and body can achieve the feat of ricocheting nearly any object or weapon by calculating the necessary velocity and trajectory and figure the right materials to bounce a projectile in order to have it reach a desired target. While he can achieve the necessary results with any firearm or cylindrical explosive, Agent D-2099-F is also capable of achieving this feat with throwing discs and average day-to-day objects.

This is most likely achieved by utilizing the same neurons and brain areas that allows him his analytical skills and his advanced muscle memory. Key areas of his brain have reorganized and highly-dense nerve pathways achieve the necessary speed the brain signals need to travel in order to nearly-instinctually calculate and perform these feats.

Originally designed based on prior standard military armors and outfits along with standard communications and field equipment, the SPECTRE field uniform has undergone numerous modifications and improvements since its inception. With blueprint drafts and specifications from Agent D-2099-F himself, the resources and personnel of MIRA R&D Department developed and refined over the course of several years what would be known as the SPECTRE field uniform and its specialized equipment loadout as well as create several variants for different battlefield or PMPD-altered environments.

However, under the supervision and aid of Agent D-2357-C^[7]—whom Agent D-2099-F requested to personally overview and improve the previous SPECTRE uniform and its equipment, the SPECTRE field uniform became significantly upgraded as the uniform sported higher flexibility, mobility, and protection among several other upgrades. Through Agent D-2357-C's input, all associated gadgets and built-in technology evolved alongside the uniform including the suits storage capacity for all the additional armaments and technology.

Personal aesthetic modifications to the original and first SPECTRE uniform (v1.0.2) were done by Agent D-2099-F after conducting several field missions with the uniform. The tactical trench coat and red ghost-/skull-like emblem on the suit's chest area and grey bottom jaw motif were added post-development. Over the course of the uniform's lifetime, these aesthetics were incorporated into all future designs for the uniform in order to maintain The Myth^[8] of the Spectre. It is advised that any future variation of the uniform that includes a cape in the design will be immediately be disqualified and discontinued for consideration or development.

The latest and current in-use SPECTRE uniform (v8.1.9) was developed and designed for urban combat and stealth reconnaissance against PMPD and non-PMPD combatants and missions as well as urban investigation if required. Important factors to consider for each suit and equipment loadout after the original is each were designed to enhance Agent D-2099-F's PMPD-related strengths and reduce his weaknesses as well as improve the lightweight yet wide-ranging storage of any tools Agent D-2099-F may need on the field.

The suit had been designed with rapid-deployment in mind and can be worn quickly and easily. Storage is no issue as well as it can be packed inside of a backpack, suitcase, or similar storage device if deposited in the correct manner. The SPECTRE uniform (v8.1.9) is considered one of the more advanced body armors and investigative toolsets, and its functionality as both protection and storage of the tools necessary to combat PMPD threats has maintained its importance as a continuing project in the MIRA R&D Department. The next updated and upgraded uniform is expected to arrive the late year of 2030 with key improvements in PMPD-related protection and the technology related to both integrated and separate gadgets.

SECTION Nº4: SPECIALTIES AND SKILLS

A. GRAVITY MANIPULATION

Though it is not fully understood, Singularity’s primary manifestation lies in the ability to manipulate gravitational forces. This allows him to add, subtract or shift the direction of force gravity has in a short range around him. With greater focus and strain, he can extend the range of his influence to either a target farther away or an area with a larger surface area.

One of the more noteworthy applications of Singularity’s manipulation is to create a gravity field around him that slows objects or individuals intending to strike him. Though he sustains this field regularly during missions and training, the process is not an entirely passive one. There is a degree of focus that he must expend to keep it in use. Sudden, high-level trauma or emotional duress have been observed as ways to lessen or outright stop his usage of this technique.

Another noteworthy, and more overt, application of his ability is in granting himself the power to fly. This particular application is among his most refined and he is able to perform it with very little strain or focus.

II. SUPPLEMENTARY MUTATIONS

A. “BULWARK” PHYSICALITY

At a baseline level, Singularity’s physical ability is nothing short of superhuman. His strength and durability in particular have been the most affected by the sub-manifestation and have been further enhanced by the years subjected to varying degrees of gravitational force. Testing has concluded that Singularity is highly resistant to conventional forms of injury, showing minimal damage sustained against small-arms fire and high-impact forces. This enhancement seems to extend to his constitution as well as he has shown to be able to filter out poisons, toxins, and chemicals more efficiently than an average person’s.

Additionally, this mutation has caused a disproportionate increase in Singularity’s body density which has served to momentarily confuse those he has sparred or fought against.

SECTION Nº3: OBSERVED EQUIPMENT

I. PERSONAL EQUIPMENT

A. SPACE VOYAGER COSTUME

Designed by Cyclic, Singularity’s Space Voyager costume is meant to allow him to respond to threats in any atmosphere and consists of two parts: the bodysuit and helmet.

The bodysuit is made out of heat-resistant materials rated to survive re-entry into the planet’s atmosphere. The overall protection it offers is rather low as Singularity’s durability is much higher than what most designs with the parameter of a “heroic bodysuit” would allow. With this in mind, Cyclic designed the suit to be able to protect against sharp debris and stay relatively intact should it be exposed to high-forms of trauma.

The Voyager’s helmet covers the entirety of Singularity’s head and is made up of a much more resistant material. Along with the heat-resistance, it is capable of stopping a handful of large-caliber bullets. The inside of the helmet comes with a digital interface that displays the time, cardinal directions, and the user’s current coordinates. It also has a radio communicator installed that can be synced up to a phone. In either case, it will display the current transmission or caller information.

Additionally, the helmet can be switched to display night vision imaging for up to 40 hours. A miniature oxygen-cartridge inside the helmet is able to supply Singularity with breathable air for upwards of one hour. In the event that his oxygen-cartridge has been expended, a filter has been installed to protect him against airborne particles such as dust, mold, fumes, or other non-toxic irritants. Cyclic is currently working to add in a respirator that will aid against toxic gasses and pollutants.

II. MIRA-ISSUED EQUIPMENT

A. MIRA EARPIECE

A standard short-range communications earpiece has been provided, as per RoE for Incident Response Specialists. Singularity usually carries this in his belt in case his helmet’s communication system stops working.

SECTION Nº2: METAHUMAN ABILITY ASSESSMENT

I. PRIMARY MANIFESTATION

A. THERMAL ENERGY ABSORPTION

Thermodynamic is able to absorb thermal energy through his skin and muscle tissue and quickly internally circulate it toward the Heat Storage Organ (detailed below). Thanks to this, Thermodynamic is able to withstand extremely high temperatures for extended periods of time.

As a side-effect, Thermodynamic's skin is naturally cooler than a normal human's. Agent is recommended to avoid ungloved handshakes with press.

B. HEAT STORAGE ORGAN

Located between Thermodynamic's lungs is a roughly spherical organ with a diameter of approximately 4 centimeters, whose only pupose is seemingly to store and "metabolize" thermal energy. Despite its size, the Heat Storage Organ has a disproportionately large heat capacity, though due to its heat-retaining properties, accurate measurements of its heat capacity and running temperature are impossible to obtain without serious risk to Thermodynamic and medical staff.

Thermodynamic is able to "metabolize" thermal energy in order to exhibit increased phyisical strength and speed. Energy expenditure Unlike normal metabolic processes, very little energy is lost, as latent heat is simply recirculated back to the Heat Storage Organ. Due to the required expenditure of energy, Thermodynamic mainly utilizes this "metabolism" for quick bursts of speed and/or strength, preferring to only sustain it when necessary.

II. SUPPLEMENTARY MUTATIONS

A. DENSE TISSUE

Possibly in order to better facilitate intra-body heat transfer, Thermodynamic's body and tissues are (with exceptions) of homogenous density. This also allows Thermodynamic to experience sudden bursts of acceleration with little disruption of bodily functions. Thicker blood allows Thermodynamic to withstand a longer period without breathing as well. Another side effect of this mutation is a non-negligible resistance to blunt-force trauma due to an increase in density.

A. ON-MISSION GEAR

Thermodynamic's Cloak persona costume consists of the following:
- A nylon-aluminium-weave set of undershirt and pants for high heat tolerance and conductivity.
- A white, padded aramid gi.
- A mask that covers his nose and mouth, with particulate filters rated N95 or higher.
- Two (2) metal bracers concealing a flammable material and miniaturized lighter mechanism, meant for self-application.

During Dagger missions, the gi is replaced with a flame-retardant-treated dark grey plate carrier, fatigues and boots, as well as any mission-specific gear. Thermite grenades are also provided for sabotage and self-fueling.

Given his relative invulnerability to heat and fires as well as his enhanced physical attributes, Thermodynamic is especially suited to tackle firefighting humanitarian work.

B. CLOSE COMBAT

In combination with his enhanced physique, Thermodynamic is trained in Hapkido, an offshoot martial art of Aikido which introduces harder techniques such as strikes and kicks to Aikido's softer, defensive turns and throws. Grapples and holds, especially full-body ones such as those in Aikido ground fighting, allow Thermodynamic to take more advantage of his contact-based heat drain, while hard strikes allow him to exploit his enhanced speed and strength.

A. CAELIFERA STRUCTURAL PHYSIOLOGY

Whitlocke's structural disposition was altered when his mutations manifested, more specifically on key points of articulation. His joints were modified to the same extent a grasshopper's knee ball-like joints are made, and his muscular weave overdeveloped in quantities of pink muscle to accomodate this new spring-like function his body exerts. This different anatomy allows Hornet to achieve about ten times his height in vertical jumps, and around 30 to 40 times his height on horizontal jumps - depending on previous impulse, if any. This springy potential of his elbow and knee joints allow for arm and leg movement that can reach up to 2mph in speed.

B. CAELIFERA OCULAR PHYSIOLOGY

In the same vein of his muscular and skeletal changes, Hornet's ocular system was also modified into something much more insect-adjacent than human. While indiscernible from a distance, upon closer inspection the segmentation of his eyes into multiple ommatidia that reflect and analyze images from multiple different angles simultaneously becomes evident, thus his vision's radius greatly surpasses that of the average human, reaching around 270°. This odd anatomical mutation renders him much better at detecting movement and better discerning distances.

A. CUSTOM HONDA CB 650R

Hornet's favored method of locomotion, this all-black motorcycle is outfitted with a direct line to MIRA's database, a few hidden compartments for concealed weaponry and an inconspicuous camera-jammer. In all other aspects, it is just like any other standard model.

II. MIRA-ISSUED EQUIPMENT

A. MIRA EARPIECE

A standard short-range communications earpiece has been provided, as per RoE for Incident Response Specialists.

B. FIELD ATTIRE

Standard urban field attire custom-tailored to the agent's liking, the most notable addition other than the headgear being a Kevlar chestplate. The helmet is where most of the uniqueness lies, containing a direct link to MIRA databases, night and thermal vision modes, and a developmental analytical AI for identifying subtle details often missed by conventional investigators without on-site forensics, developed exclusively to take advantage of Hornet's extraordinary visual capabilities.

C. ELECTRIC TASER GLOVES

Referred by Whitlocke as the "Hornet's venom", these gloves have a built-in taser for incapacitating others. High voltage, low amperage certifies these as a non-lethal choice.

D. THROWING KNIVES

Referred by Whitlocke as the "Hornet's sting", these are his alternative to firearms, given his privileged sight and arm speed. Reinforced steel is required for the extra impact from the agent's throws.

A. RECONNAISSANCE

Hornet is, first and foremost, an information gatherer for MIRA. While the tact of espionage is often required in certain situations, Whitlocke's job focuses on the information spoken or typed words cannot properly give. His tools - genetic or otherwise - are all geared towards identifying inconsistent and/or relevant information before anyone can disrupt the scenario.

B. COMBAT

Reconnaissance isn't always a solitary endeavor, and in case of direct confrontation, Whitlocke was trained in striking and grappling techniques most suited to his mutations. His mobility and deceptively quick strikes place him above your average professional fighter, making up for any gaps in skill. While not particularly inclined to armed combat, the agent was instructed in those as customary, and maintains a good score in aptitude tests for field work.
