I. FBI DIRECTOR -BENJAMIN CARVER- NOTES
- 'THE SWORD' is someone we acquired at an early age from within Tokyo, Japan. The Foreign Ministry of Japan initially attempted to prevent our acquisition of 'THE SWORD', however, once information was presented that 'THE SWORD' was actually an American born citizen, their legal grounds evaporated. Which was an extremely fortunate turn of events considering the innate danger of her meta manifestation.
'THE SWORD' is an 'enhancement-type' metahuman whose ability reverberates based on a fairly arbitrary declaration of 'vibes.' Her speed, strength, resilience, and reaction times are variable to an extraordinarily unpredictable degree. The scope of her enhancement flips between borderline useless to mass casualty event. This innate unreliability has proven more than once to be an issue for the bureau. However, whenever she was truly needed, her 'vibes' would increase to the levels necessary.
She is currently being assigned a partner in accordance with a case study I am running. I believe that her 'vibes,' contrary to 'THE SWORD''s personal opinion, are capable of being controlled and manipulated. Considering her boisterous and rowdy personality, I have paired her with another Metahuman with a fairly opposing meta ability. I'm hoping the pair are able to work together in a manner that would benefit the bureau and, consequentially, the nation as a whole.

- Special Agent Kimi Nakamura- Analysis of Metahuman Ability
- Referred to as codename 'THE SWORD,' Agent Nakamura's metahuman manifestation is fairly straightforward in its ability, though extraordinarily vague in its activation parameters. Her power is activated upon a statement by Agent Nakamura concerning the current 'vibes' of a situation. Depending on her perceived interpretation of 'the vibes,' her power increases to a certain level and remains there until Agent Nakamura reassesses 'the vibes.'
The minimum and maximum recorded activations of 'the vibes' will be listed belong, along with the associated activation phrase. Note- these are not definitive lower and upper limits, but are noted to be what has been successfully recorded by the agency.
