He’s got you covered - you’ll have a whole bonanza in ten minutes flat even if the Fourth of July is months away. Where did he get all these fireworks, you ask? Don’t worry ‘bout it, boss, just do your thing.

This is perfect for pulling off otherwise unfeasible villainous escapades, though he can never use the same trick twice. If it doesn’t work the first time (which it never does), then it’s back to the drawing board.
