Well, I guess I should do something here... It's been a couple days since I've arrived and I feel the creativity flowing. Here we go.

Hello, to one and to all who may come across this advertisement for role play. I am Wiz, the word wizard and I would like to see if you might be interested in a literary adventure. But of course, I should start with a little bit about myself, there is much to tell but within the limits of Discord I will keep this as brief as possible.

I am looking for a partner 25+ if possible, with all characters involved being 18+. I have been doing this for around two decades, since the days of MSN chat and such. But I have been writing my own stories for far longer. While I am by no means perfect, I am certainly adept, I believe the term is Literate Novella writer. I absolutely love discussing meta data, plot, world building, and characters. When I throw myself into a roleplay I will make the world lived in and have an entire cast of characters, each with their quirks and personalities.

I don’t mind waiting for quality, it's not a race, it's an adventure and the scenic route is beautiful, or so I am told. So please take your time, there is no pressure, just enjoy yourself.

• I am usually available periodically throughout the weekdays when I am not working. This is because I work with heavy machinery. So if you message me and I don’t respond right way chances are I am working.
• My peak times are Wednesday and Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays.
• I can vary in length with the sweet spot being between 750 and 1000 words. But this can be longer, rarely shorter (we all have those off days)
• We all have lives and I will do my best to keep you informed if something comes up.

With all that technical stuff out of the way lets get into the fun stuff, shall we? I’ve experimented with just about every genre and themes out there, horror to slice of life. I find that fantasy and sci-fi are my favorites but I am not exclusive to those two. Historical, Noir, Horror, Modern Realism, if you have something interesting feel free to discuss it. The worst that can happen is we just don’t connect. You’ll never know unless you try, I promise I am super chill and friendly. Always nice to see a new face, but you might wanna check the site rules again - namely Rule 4, no RPing in PMs. Otherwise, best of luck in finding writing buddies, and feel free to look at other active request threads to see the format people typically use for starting things (story blurb/general info/character sheet basics) - using that will probably get you more bites!
